Facebook may not be harmful in itself, but without the Christian user being guarded it can prove to be spiritually dangerous.
2 Peter 3:17 "You therefore, beloved, knowing this beforehand, be on your guard so that you are not carried away by the error of unprincipled men & fall from your own steadfastness..."
1 Timothy 6:21 "...guard what has been entrusted to you, avoiding wordly & empty chatter & the opposing arguments of what is falsely called "knowledge"--"
How many "friends" do folks have on Facebook?
Proverbs 18:24 "A man of too many friends comes to ruin, but there is a Friend who sticks closer than a brother."
My opinion may not be the popular one, but that's okay because I want to walk the less-traveled path.
